The user is obliged to provide his/her own, real data during the service request/order/subscription. In case of providing untrue data or data linked to another person during the service request/order/subscription, the resulting electronic contract is void, or if it hides another contract, the rights and obligations of the parties must be judged on the basis of the hidden contract. The Service Provider excludes its responsibility if the User uses its services on behalf of another person, with the data of another person.

The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or other problems or errors that can be traced back to wrongly and/or inaccurately provided data by the User. However, the Service Provider informs the Users that, after consultation with the User and clear identification, the wrongly entered data can be corrected in the order so that invoicing and delivery are not hindered.

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the User forgetting his or her password or it becoming accessible to unauthorized persons for any reason not attributable to the Service Provider (if there is registration on the site).

Order process

After registration, the user logs into the webshop and/or can start shopping without registration.

User sets the number of products to be purchased.

The user places the selected products in the basket. The user can view the contents of the basket at any time by clicking on the "basket" icon.

If you don't want to buy an additional product, check the quantity of the product you want to buy. To finalize the quantity, the User clicks on the "+,-" icon.

User enters the delivery address and then the delivery/payment method.

Unavailable products to order

We always try to keep our products in stock, but if you do not find the jewelry you like in an available status, please contact us, we can start a pre-order at any time!

We are constantly expanding our selection, so it is worth following our social media platforms and visiting our online store from time to time.

Payment methods

In-person pickup:

Cash or bank card upon pickup at the Service Provider's premises or another location designated by the Service Provider (pickup point): If the User chooses to pay upon pickup, the User shall pay the purchase price of the product in cash or by bank card at the Service Provider's premises or another location designated by the Service Provider (pickup point). Cash payment is only possible in Hungarian Forint (HUF).

Bank transfer:

The User is obliged to transfer the equivalent value of the ordered products to the bank account specified in the confirmation email within 3 days. After the amount is credited to the Service Provider's bank account, the User is entitled to pick up the product(s) in the manner determined by them.

Online credit card payment:
Users have the option to pay the total value of the order online with a bank card through the secure payment system of the financial service provider used by the Service Provider.

Online express checkouts:

Users have the option to pay quickly and securely through Simple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay systems.

Payment with Klarna:

Users have access to Klarna's flexible payment solution, which allows them to pay conveniently, securely, and even in installments. For more information and exact terms, please visit Klarna's official website. https://www.klarna.com

Shipping costs

Delivery is free of charge.

Except: The time window option offered by MPL:
2-hour time window , on working days between 7-9 a.m.: HUF 1,990
3-hour time window , on working days between 5-8 p.m.: HUF 1,490
4-hour time window , on working days between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. or 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.: HUF 990

The indicated prices are gross amounts and include VAT.

Order fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order of receipt on working days during working hours.

It is also possible to place the order outside of the times marked as processing the order, if it is done after the end of working hours, it will be processed on the following working day.

The service provider's customer service will always confirm electronically when it can fulfill your order.

General deadline, starting from the conclusion of the contract:
- 1-5 days in case of delivery of a product in stock;
- in the case of personal collection, at a time agreed with the Consumer;
- 4-6 weeks for products not in stock.

Warranty, warranty, guarantee

We guarantee our products for 5 years from the date of purchase. We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for products ordered via the Internet.

Elállás joga

Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council, as well as Regulation 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.

The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal:
If the Consumer wishes to use the right of withdrawal, he must indicate his intention to withdraw via the contact details of the Service Provider.

The consumer exercises his right of withdrawal within the deadline if he sends his withdrawal statement before the end of the 14th day from the receipt of the product. In case of cancellation in writing, it is enough to send the cancellation statement within 14 days. In the case of notification by post, the date of mailing is taken into account, in the case of notification by email, the time of sending the email.

In case of cancellation, the Consumer is obliged to return the ordered product to the Service Provider's address without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the notification of the cancellation statement, or hand it over to the service provider. The deadline is considered met if you send the product before the 14-day deadline (so it does not have to arrive within 14 days). The customer bears the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

However, the Service Provider is not obliged to reimburse the Consumer for the additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Service Provider. The Consumer also exercises his right of withdrawal in the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product.

When buying and selling several products, if the individual products are delivered at different times, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the last delivered product or product consisting of several items or pieces.
