Payment methods
If you choose to purchase from the webshop, you can pay the full purchase price of the ring(s), or just 20% of the total purchase price, via bank transfer using a proforma invoice.
If you choose to order in person, after scheduling an appointment with our customer service, you can also pay in our Showroom by credit card or in cash.
In case of cash on delivery, we will issue a proforma invoice for the full purchase price or 20% of the gross purchase price as an advance payment, and the remaining amount must be paid upon receipt.

How long does it take to create custom rings?
The production and delivery time is 3–5 weeks from order confirmation.
What happens after placing an order?
By placing the order, the production of the ring blank starts automatically – this is considered custom production, so the order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed.
Elállhatok a rendeléstől, ha meggondolom magam?
Custom-designed ring(s) are custom-manufactured products, therefore – based on Section 29 (1) c) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) – the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
If the ring(s) also include a diamond and if it has not yet been set, its price will be refunded based on the order.
