Payment methods
If you decide to purchase in the web store, you can pay the full purchase price of the product via the website (Simple Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay) using express checkouts, by bank card, or by bank transfer.

If you decide to place an order in person, you can pay by credit card or cash in our showroom after making an appointment with our customer service.
In the case of a cash on delivery purchase, we will issue a fee request for the price of the diamond only as an advance, and the remaining amount must be paid upon receipt.
If you request home delivery, we will cover the cost, but if you use a time-window option for home delivery, you can choose between the following:

How long does it take to make my custom ring?
The production and delivery time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
What happens after placing an order?
Once the order is placed, the production of the ring rail automatically begins - this is considered custom production and therefore an irrevocable part of the order.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Only partially. The ring rail is a custom-made product, therefore – pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) Section 29 (1) c) – the right of withdrawal does not apply to it.
However, the price of the selected diamond, if it has not yet been set, will be refunded.
What happens if I cancel the entire order but the ring rail is already being made?
The ring band is already under production at this time, so it is delivered separately without a setting - we will refund the value of the diamond if it has not yet been installed.
I'm not completely sure about my decision - what can I do?
